What is Calorie Shifting

Many people are asking the question does calorie shifting work? As I mention at the end of my last post, it did a miracle for me when I was finally successful to lose weight. It is one of the hottest and most successful method of losing weight quick. But what is Calorie Shifting and how does it work?
Calorie shifting is a weight loss strategy developed to fight the natural slowdown of your metabolism whenever you lower your calorie intake. I found out it was my big reason for why I was unable to lose pounds for weeks and sometimes months on end. Our body is designed to preserve its fat stores and anytime those fat stores are threatened, your metabolism slows down in order to compensate. Something I didn’t know before and this fact just amazed me!
The system I found is developed to let your metabolism remain running high but in which you’ll still lose fat fast. That’s how calorie shifting diet came to be. All I did with this system was to rotate my food thereby tricking my metabolism so it remains running high and burning a lot of fat.
I was eating the right food at specific times of the day and then I rotated it so my metabolism never gets used to any routine. The good thing was that because my metabolism kept on running high, I didn’t have to deprive my body of any food groups or eat an absurdly low amount of calories, and that was something that I had never experienced before on any diet.

I’m Susan Jefferson and I’m just average woman who has been battling with losing weight since I don’t know when! I have a wonderful husband and 1 child who I adore. I have always wanted to lose weight but I have to admin that I was total Idiot when it came to losing weight and I had been on diet plans before but they just didn’t work for me because they were none of them was an idiot proof diet.
